UPDATE - The Gin Blossoms will not be performing as part of the Under the Sun Tour at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort. The date was confirmed but due to a scheduling conflict, they have had to pull out of the lineup. However, we are very excited to announce that the Spin Doctors will be replacing the Gin Blossoms. All tickets purchased for the Under the Sun concert with the Gin Blossoms listed as one of the performers will be honored at the Under the Sun performance with the Spin Doctors. No exchanges are needed for guests who have already purchased tickets.

Co-created by Mark McGrath to celebrate the alternative pop explosion that was the Nineties, the Under the Sun Tour features an array of artists performing the music that dominated the international airwaves for a decade.

A quarter-century ago, the four original members of Blues Traveler, who had known each other since their early teens—John Popper, Chandler Kinchla, the late Bobby Sheehan and Brendan Hill—gathered in the basement of their drummer’s parents’ Princeton, NJ, home and the seeds were born for a band who have released a total of nine studio albums, four of which have gone gold, three platinum and one six-times platinum. Over the course of their illustrious career, Blues Traveler have sold more than 10 million combined units worldwide, played over 2,000 live shows in front of more than 30 million people, and, in “Run-Around,” had the longest-charting radio single in Billboard history, which earned them a Grammy® for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.

Sugar Ray was groundbreaking from the get-go, including among their ranks a real live DJ – unheard of in a rock band at that time. Kicking off with 1995’s “Lemonade and Brownies,” the Newport Beach quintet unleashed a series of albums that front man Mark McGrath describes as “love letters to the music we loved, with no irony just pure enthusiasm.” 1997’s “Floored” proved to be Sugar Ray’s popular breakthrough, earning double platinum certification from the RIAA, fueled in part by the #1 hit single, “Fly.” The 1999 album, “14:59” was a triple platinum sensation, yielding a sun-kissed string of unforgettable pop classics including “Someday,” “Falls Apart,” and still another #1 smash in “Every Morning.” The hits kept coming, with 2001’s platinum-certified “Sugar Ray” making a top ten debut on the Billboard 200, propelled by yet another hit single/video, “When It’s Over.”

Collectively the band Smash Mouth has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. Along with their number one hits – “Walkin' on the Sun” and “All Star” – they have consistently impacted radio with other recognizable hits like “Then the Morning Comes”, “Can't Get Enough Of You Baby”, and a cover of The Monkees classic “I'm a Believer”, which was prominently featured on the Shrek soundtrack.

You think you know the Spin Doctors. Think again. When the legendary New York quartet released If The River Was Whiskey in 2013, casual fans discovered the secret past the hardcore have never forgotten. To the wider world, the Doctors might be the multi-million-selling icons behind hits like "Two Princes" and “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong,” not to mention the classic “Pocket Full Of Kryptonite.” But in 2014, Chris Barron (vocals), Aaron Comess (drums), Eric Schenkman (guitar) and Mark White (bass) are reconnecting with the flat-broke twenty-somethings who scraped for dollars at the sharp end of the Big Apple blues circuit. The Spin Doctors have come full-circle.

Tickets are $60, $45 or $25 plus tax and an online/phone ticketing fee (this fee is waived when tickets are purchased in the Gift Shop). Tickets are on sale in the Gift Shop and online.

Any guests who purchased tickets for the show, who no longer want to attend the concert without the Gin Blossoms as part of the performance may receive a refund up until the day of the show. In order to receive a refund, tickets must be brought to the point of purchase. Refunds cannot be processed without the ticket in hand. No refunds will be honored after the concert on Saturday, June 28th. All Under the Sun Tour with the Gin Blossoms ticket refunds must be requested by 7pm on Saturday, June 28th. Any new tickets purchased starting on April 25th will qualify under our normal ticket policy and will not be refundable.

Gates open approximately one hour prior to the show and the concert starts at 7pm. Reserved seating is provided in Tier 1. Tier 2 will be general admission within the section with chairs provided. Guests in the Tier 3 general admission section are welcome to bring a lawn chair. Seating is not provided in Tier 3. No outside coolers or beverages allowed. Per the Iowa Smokefree Act, smoking is not allowed on the concert grounds.
